4 pork chops
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp flour
oil for frying
Wash the pork chops, get them ready to cook and trim them.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Put flour in one bowl, a beaten egg in another and breadcrumbs in a third.
Dredge the slices in the flour first. Shake them a little and then put them in the egg. When the egg is coated all over, roll in the breadcrumbs.
When you are done with the meat, fry both sides in hot oil over a medium heat and place on a plate covered with paper towels.
I recommend corn rice with it.
