150 g salmon
1 cup edamame
1 cup rice
pepper to taste
salt to taste
1 tbsp sesame seed
1 small onion
Rice can be cooked in many different ways. One of the easiest is to cook it in twice the amount of slightly salted water until tender. This can take up to 15 minutes, depending on the type of rice. So lets start with this.
In meantime season the fish and fry all sides in a pan for a few minutes. Set aside.
Wash and cook the edamame for about 5 minutes. Cut up the avocado, onion and put everything on a plate, finally add the sesame seeds.
Sometimes you don't need to add too much flavour to a recipe. Enjoy!
