Ravioli in Tomato Sauce




  • 1 small red onion

  • 200 g canned tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 teaspoon basil

  • salt to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar


  • 200 g of your favorite pasta

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 2 teaspoon of salt



Peel and chop the onion. Fry in oil and add tomatoes, crushed garlic. Add a little sugar to taste. Add the spices and cook on a low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

Bring water to the boil, add salt and olive oil. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the packaging. Trust what you see on the packaging.
