Soy Sauce noodles with duck



  • 1 duck breast

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • Lemon pepper or pepper

  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

  • 400 g vegetables, mixed (wok vegetables of your choice)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 small piece ginger

  • 100 ml chicken broth

  • 300 g noodles (wok noodles)

  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce, sesame



Cut the duck into strips and marinate in soy sauce and lemon pepper.

Cook the wok noodle and set aside.

Heat a wok until hot. Fry the meat in hot oil, then remove and keep warm. Now sauté the vegetables together with pressed garlic and ginger. Pour the broth and add the wok noodles. Cook for about 5 minutes while stirring. Shake and stir the noodle to prevent it from sticking together. Season everything with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and the spice mixture. Finally, add the meat back and heat again briefly. Serve hot with salad and sesame seed. Enjoy!
