Squid with basil in tomato sauce



  • 300g fresh squid

  • 1 can tomato

  • 100 ml fish stock

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

  • 1 bunch fresh basil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp oregano



Heat the oil in a pan and fry the squid for a few minutes. Set aside.

In the same pan, add the garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the squid, tomatoes, fish stock, salt and oregano and simmer for 30 minutes. If necessary, you can add water. Serve sprinkled with fresh basil.
