Red Cabbage
Ingredients
1 red cabbage, cut into 4 wedges
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
A bit of salt
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Place the cabbage wedges in a pot.
Add honey, balsamic vinegar, a bit of salt, and butter to the pot.
Add enough water to cover the cabbage and bring to a boil. Cook until half soft, about 20 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Drain the cabbage and place the wedges in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 minutes, or until the outside is crispy.
Serve immediately.
Turmeric-Infused Millet
Ingredients
1 cup millet
2 cups water
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Directions
Rinse the millet under cold water.
In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Add the rinsed millet, turmeric, olive oil, and salt to the boiling water.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the millet is cooked and the water is absorbed.
Fluff the millet with a fork before serving.
